Oooohhh. Aaaaahhhh. It’s so amazingly wonderful that it's hard not to be super excited about it… 

 

This widget opens the doors to dashboard heaven. Here is what you need to know: 

 

ONE: What is CSAT? 

CSAT surveys are transactional and sent at a ticket's close. Users receive a survey with three smiley faces asking the end user to provide feedback regarding their experience. Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) is the ultimate goal of every business; measuring your customer satisfaction and obtaining feedback is necessary for your business's growth. 

The CSAT widget is the superhero that helps you gauge just how satisfied your customers are. This nifty little tool allows you to see at a glance your overall CSAT stats BUT also gives you insight into how you rank up against other MSPs. 

TWO: Visualizing Success - Analytics Galore 

Prepare to geek out on data! The CSAT widget comes equipped with a snapshot of analytics that offers a quick visual of your CSAT score, including the number of surveys within a 30-day period, your Good, OK, and Negative survey count (including trends), and finally, my favorite part… benchmarking.

This feature of the widget is really innovative. We are giving our clients to look past their scores and see where they fall within the ranks! The widget will provide a benchmark comparison of the user's CSAT score against industry averages, allowing users to gauge their performance against competitors.
